We enjoyed everything about St. James Club Antigua. The nutrient, service, people, drinks, views, cleanliness, were all top notch. The only thing that could employ a niggling improvement, from our feel, is housekeeping. They seemed a bit unorganized with schedule. Other than that we loved our stay there.

Diversity in regards to guests at this property is lacking which at times makes one experience uncomfortable with the constant staring. The saving grace in this case is the staff who were zip curt of friendly and accommodating and my family and I were thankful for that. Visiting the island of Antigua, one would wait authentic island food available at the resort, but that was lacking. Non much for music and entertainment either. Most times the resort was extremely quiet, even boring…not even music at the pool bar. In that location was music playing at the bar the first mean solar day nosotros arrived. My merely guess is that the white travelers complained and it was no longer immune. Aqua aerobics in the morning with Steven or Joseph was a not bad offset to the solar day and broke upwards the monotony…in one case that was over, back to dead silence. Luckily we were able to escape the resort and head out on excursions to actually enjoy our stay…snorkeling and Shirley Heights were the highlights of the trip and again the wonderful staff from the reception desk, the luggage handlers, the servers at the Rainbow dining hall and the activities staff. However, the management at the Docksider restaurant weren't pleasant at all. Refused to let us dine and simply walked away. The Covid administrator was quite rude and off putting as well. When I made a complaint to the officer monitoring it, he simply dismissed me. I then decided we'd never render to this resort. I hear The Royalton is astonishing though. We stayed in that location in Jamaica!

The holding was great. Service at the restaurants was not if the quality I anticipated. Front desk non equally responsive to the requests made of them. I had to learn about capabilities through Gabby, the Pinkish Panther tour guide. The excusions were bang-up and allowed me to look at my disappointment as a small-scale inconvenience.

Overall we had a lovely vacation but we must say that some of the staff were rather rude and unhelpful. Staff training to a higher standard would really improve this resort. The room and food selection were good and beach facilities keen.
